| 7 | Llumo Llumo helps brands track their AI visibility across leading generative engines including **ChatGPT**, **Google Gemini**, **Perplexity**, and **Microsoft Copilot**. | |
| 8 | Inquio Most chatbot analytics tell you how many conversations happened. Bot Report Card tells you what actually went wrong. Upload your chatbot conversations and get an AI-powered audit that uncovers hidden issues, hallucinations, customer frustration, missed sales opportunities, and risky responses. Every finding is backed by real conversations and includes practical recommendations, so you know exactly what to fix first. | |
| 9 | LLMagnet LLMagnet gives WordPress sites an AI visibility layer. Track visits from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other AI crawlers, measure your AI Visibility Score, generate llms.txt and structured data, and make your site readable and actionable for AI agents. | |
| 10 | CA AMP by CanyonTechs AI AMP autonomously monitors production logs, detects incidents, and opens a reviewable PR with the fix — no prompting needed. 80%+ fix rate. Certified for Java, Python, TypeScript, Node.js & Rust. No direct prod access. Human-in-the-loop. Use code PH3MOFREE. | |
| 11 | Aegisora Stop selling abstract "AI safety". Enterprises buy operational control. Aegisora is an open-source, zero-latency proxy layer built for AppSec teams. Intercept malicious LLM actions, enforce least-privilege API access, mask PII on the fly, and generate readable audit logs for autonomous agents—without the bloated middleware. | |
| 12 | TR TraceLLM Tracellm is an observability platform for production AI applications. Monitor prompt execution, token consumption, latency, spans, errors, and model calls across your LLM workflows. Export traces using OpenTelemetry (OTLP) and quickly identify bottlenecks before they impact users |

LLM observability tools collect, organize, and explain what happens between a user request and an AI system’s final output. They attach telemetry to every step: the prompt, the model call, any retrieval or tool use, the response, and downstream actions.
Instrumentation usually starts with an SDK or middleware in the app. It records inputs, outputs, latencies, errors, token usage, and metadata like user, version, and environment. For retrieval-augmented generation, it logs which documents were fetched and why. For agents, it captures each tool call, state update, and decision point. Products like LangChain and Latitude add structured traces so developers can follow a request across chains and services.
Quality signals layer on top of logs. Automatic evaluators score responses for relevance, factuality, safety, and style. Human review pipelines add labels, comments, and approvals. Some platforms, such as Dedoctive, emphasize tamper-evident records and policy checks so teams can show how a conclusion was reached.
Dashboards and notebooks aggregate patterns: failure modes, drift, slow endpoints, and prompt versions that correlate with issues. Alerts fire when error rates or quality scores cross thresholds. A/B tests and prompt experiments run to compare variants and rollback safely.
Not all observability is inside the app. Tools like LLMagnet, SEOPulse, and Signum.AI watch how AI assistants and crawlers interact with websites and brands. They detect visits from AI agents, track brand mentions in AI answers, and report an “AI visibility” footprint, which marketers can act on.
Finally, governance features protect data. Redaction removes sensitive fields, role-based access limits who can see prompts and outputs, and retention rules manage how long records persist. Exports and APIs let teams push summaries into their data warehouse or workflow tools.
Debug production issues. A developer traces a failed agent task, sees a tool call timed out, and adjusts the timeout and retry policy.
Improve retrieval quality. A data scientist inspects low-scoring answers, finds irrelevant documents in context, tunes embeddings, and verifies better citations in the next run.
Guardrail and policy checks. A compliance lead reviews auditable decision logs from Dedoctive to confirm sensitive prompts were redacted and restricted topics were blocked.
Prompt and model iteration. A product manager runs an experiment in LangChain comparing two prompt templates across common tasks, reviews evaluator scores, and ships the safer variant.
Cost and latency tuning. A platform engineer spots a spike in long-tail latency for a specific chain, adds caching at the retrieval step, and confirms improved response time in dashboards.
Incident response. On alert, a team rolls back to a prior prompt or model version, annotates the incident with root cause, and links it to a postmortem.
Marketing visibility. A growth marketer uses LLMagnet, SEOPulse, and Signum.AI to see how a brand appears in AI answers, finds gaps on key topics, updates site content, and monitors improved AI citations.
User feedback loops. Support teams tag bad outputs in the console, which trains evaluators and highlights patterns like ambiguous instructions that need UI changes.
Vendors tend to combine subscriptions with usage-based metering and offer collaboration add-ons.
| Pricing model | How it works |
|---|---|
| Subscription tiers | Feature and environment limits per plan with higher tiers unlocking advanced evaluations and governance. |
| Usage-based | Charges scale with logged events, traces, or evaluation runs tied to application activity. |
| Per seat | Each user with console access, roles, or review permissions increases the bill. |
| Workspace or project | A fixed fee per workspace, project, or application monitored. |
| Free tier | Limited data retention or event volume to try instrumentation and dashboards before upgrading. |
